BIG 5 BODY

In Big 5 Body we get stronger and more graceful from home in small intimate groups online. Proper movement mechanics is at the centre of this program and every class is grounded in clear, concise coaching. We focus on the big 5 movement patterns we are designed to be good at as humans; the lunge, squat, hinge, push and pull. Big is about building confidence from the inside out - we are connecting your feet to your core, and your breath to your reps - this is graceful fitness from the privacy of your home. Big 5 Body is a six-week commitment with your choice of doing 2, 3 or 4 workouts per week. These classes are live. You sign in to Zoom with your yoga mat rolled out, minibands, sliders, and 5lbs dumbbells by your side ready for 50 minutes of smooth, beautiful big reps. RESTORE

Restore is a gentle ritual for physical health. This is a program for all fitness levels - a feel good time for those looking to restore mobility and ease of movement. We lay on the floor and stretch, open, reach, bend, fold, rotate, press, contract, glide, relax, extend, slide, roll - various joint and muscle actions. We use stretch methods to deepen the release in our muscles to feel restored. This class is some parts yoga, some parts physiotherapy and mobility drills you'd find on the gym floor. Restore is a mash up of techniques I've tested that promote fluid movement. Feel free to dim the lights, play some music, set the mood. I have to say, sometimes I almost put myself to sleep guiding these classes. Restore is safe, buttery, dreamy. Please stay tuned for when I launch another 3-Month Restore Program.Hide

Holly helped me take my strength to the next level. Her guidance, energy, and knowledge always made me feel like I was in great hands.
